Joseph Zoimen, Esq.

Joseph values the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Ritter & Randolph-a hallmark of how we treat both each other and our clients. It’s a quality he recognized immediately when he started at Ritter & Randolph as a young law clerk and a key reason he has dedicated his entire legal career to our firm.

For more than a decade, Joseph has partnered with our clients to educate and advise them. He focuses on making the law more approachable and accessible, which is especially appreciated in main practice area of: elder law and long term care planning, including Medicaid planning and nursing home placement.

Joseph’s other areas of expertise include real estate, business, corporate, and nonprofit law, and he serves as corporate counsel for numerous Cincinnati-based companies and organizations. He is admitted to the bar in Ohio and New York and received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Law.

Serving his community is a passion of Joseph’s. Whether it’s helping elder clients navigate the complexities of Medicaid planning, advising young families buying their first home, or smoking brisket for those in need, he strives to help.

Joseph also leads the annual Thanksgiving Meal Program for Firefighters, volunteers with the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, is a volunteer patient advocate for families in area hospitals, and serves on numerous non-profit boards.
