Standing firm and advocating for my clients.

Attorney

Donald B. Hordes, Esq.

Don understands that most business owners don’t start their companies in pursuit of legal challenges, and yet, nearly 90% of all companies will face litigation at some point. At Ritter & Randolph, Don is committed to helping business owners understand how the law applies to them and to mediate conflicts when they arise.

Outside of work Don puts his creativity into music, while at work he builds on that creativity with logic and an intricate knowledge of the law to advance his clients’ goals. When it comes to defending businesses in court, Don’s goal is to minimize or avoid their exposure to liabilities. While serving individuals who have been wronged, Don aims to arrive at a settlement or verdict that fairly compensates his clients.
