“Always look to the future because that’s where you are going to spend the rest of your life.”

Attorney

Daniel P. Randolph, JDD

That’s Dan Randolph’s approach to life and the practice of law. As a senior member at Ritter & ~ Randolph, you’re just as likely to find him in a rolled-up flannel shirt helping neighbors across Cincinnati as you are to see him in a suit and tie. He’s a down-to-earth attorney helping everyday people navigate a wide range of legal issues-from business disputes to real estate to end-of-life planning.

Dan’s secret sauce is an unwavering commitment to helping every party involved navigate the legal system. “It’s important to realize that you have your client’s point of view, the judge’s point of view, the opposing party, and sometimes the jury. You must speak to each party in a language they understand” he believes.

He’s proud to tell you that his very first job was in the second grade – selling tattoos. He worked his way up in retail selling pencils, then notepads, and finally shoes for Harry Nebloski.
