New Scam Targets Seniors

Here we go again with another scam targeting seniors. This particular scam has callers phoning Medicare beneficiaries stating they are insurance agents working for Humana or CarePlus.

Recent Identity Theft Scam Targets Seniors

Identity theft is continuing to occur. A new scam that the American Bar Association recently made us aware of is with regard to Kentucky Medicare. It has been reported by the Kentucky Attorney General’s office that seniors in Kentucky are receiving “fraudulent phone calls asking for personal infomation so that new Medicare cards may be issued to the consumers.”
