Marcia BeasleyMarcia joined Ritter & Randolph, LLC in November 2012 as Legal Assistant to Mary Ann Jacobs, Esq. She obtained an Associate's Degree from the University of Cincinnati and has worked in the legal profession for over twenty years. Marcia resides in Clermont County, Ohio with her husband, Dan. They have two adult children and one granddaughter. Marcia enjoys time with her family and hiking with her husband and their three dogs.

Donna ChristensenDonna started with the firm in 2000. She handles client relations, news items, firm events and coordinates the marketing for the firm and title agency. Donna manages our website and assisted with its text and design. She is the editor of the firm's email newsletter. In addition to these duties, she continues to be Daniel P. Randolph’s and Marc A. Randolph’s legal assistant.

Donna has been married for 42 years and enjoys visiting her daughters and grandson, who live in the Atlanta area. For stress free time, pilates, reading, gardening and traveling are high on her list of things to do.

Donna also serves on the Advisory Council for the Assistance League of Greater Cincinnati.  This non-profit all volunteer organization is dedicated to meeting critical needs of children and adults by identifying, developing, implementing and funding ongoing community programs. Lynette CumminsLynette is a real estate and litigation paralegal that joined Ritter & Randolph, LLC in 2017. She hales from Salt Lake City, Utah, and attended the Salt Lake Community College. Lynette moved to the Cincinnati area in 1999 and is the Legal Assistant to Donald B. Hordes, Esq.

Lynette enjoys the great outdoors and weather permitting spends as much time as possible outside. She loves four wheeling with her boyfriend, having cookouts, reading books, watching movies, exercising outside, and has a passion for Cajun and Italian food. Lynette has a pet cat that she admits to spoiling every day.

Kathy Fischer Kathy has been in the legal profession for 30 years, 24 years of which have been with Ritter & Randolph, LLC. She works in litigation, real estate and probate areas of law. She received her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from the College of Mt. St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kathy has been married for 42 years and she and her husband are empty nesters. They have three adult children, two grandsons and two granddaughters. Kathy loves tending her gardens, cooking and visiting her family.

Amy HamiltonAs Finance Controller, Amy handles all accounts payable and accounts receivable for the law firm and the title agency as well as general accounting responsibilities. Amy was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio, attended Miami University, and currently lives in Cheviot. She is married and has two young children. Amy enjoys reading and family activities.

Beth KlostermanBeth joined Ritter & Randolph, LLC in November 2012 as a tax, trust and estates paralegal. She has worked with trusts and estates for over twenty years. Beth received her Paralegal Certificate from the College of Mt. St. Joseph and a BA in Management from Wilmington College. She has one grown daughter. During Beth's spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and hiking at the Cincinnati Nature Center.

Judy LaChanceJudy joined the paralegal staff at Ritter & Randolph, LLC on October 1, 2008. She has an Associates Degree from the University College at The University of Cincinnati and has spent many years as a legal assistant. Singing is one of her passions. She is currently in her 37th year as a member of the Cincinnati May Festival Chorus. She also enjoys reading, exercise, and traveling with her husband and two sons.

Dara NeerDara joined the firm as an administrative assistant in 2016. She attended the University of Cincinnati, School of Design Architecture Art and Planning (DAAP) where she received a M.F.A. in 2016. She obtained a B.A. in Fine Arts from Capital University in 2014. Dara is a resident of northern Kentucky and has recently become engaged. She owns an Australian shepherd that she loves taking on long walks and hikes.
